help for selecting a image library

I will do some realtime staff with opengl as well as my own small offline renderer, want to select a good image library to load and save varied image format, it seems there're lots of available, e.g. freeimage, openli, paintlib, imaginemagick and libxxx, which one do you perfer? anybody got any experiences on using them? thanks in advance.

I personally like DevIL. Straightforward, no frills, simple image loading. Takes 5 seconds to learn and get going.

I third(ed) DevIL. [lol] That's what we decided to go with for the game in my sig after researching all the other image libraries and APIs we found.
