How do I display non-power-of-2 textures using OpenIL/DevIL?
Ok bad texcoords, tex coords range from 0 - 1, anything in between iscropping the image, anythong over is repeating the image, so basically you are repeating the image you want over and over gain, change all of the 1024s and 768s to 1s(in glTexCoord2f).
