Creating Nebulae

Hello! Someone knows any tool that creates images if nebulae? Thanks! Jose

Try playing around with the Clouds and Difference Clouds in Photoshop (Filter->Render). A little bit of tweaking and you can make some pretty nifty nebulae
It's not a nebula, but this shows you how to make brush textures which I find very useful for drawing nebulas (in photoshop):

you could try looking for Homeworld 2 Nebulae:



I have to run, but there might be some discussion about how they do it somewhere. Try searching for it.

It looked like they were able to get good looking nebulae at very low frequencies too.
Try this out, it might be what you're looking for.
