Multitexture question

You have to use multitexturing through OpenGL's Extensions:
OpenGL Multitexturing

Keep in mind you've gotta "load" those functions through WGL, though. For example:

typedef void (APIENTRY * PFNGLMULTITEXCOORD2FVARBPROC) (GLenum target, const GLfloat *v);
PFNGLMULTITEXCOORD2FVARBPROC glMultiTexCoord2fvARB;
glMultiTexCoord2fvARB = (PFNGLMULTITEXCOORD2FVARBPROC) wglGetProcAddress("glMultiTexCoord2fvARB");
