Loading .wavs with FMod

Here and here. Although with the last you may have to use a different function for .wav, I'm not sure. I'd also reccomend reading up a bit more with the FMOD documentations, for it, the first link, contains all sorts of goodies [smile]

The official docs are the best resource you'll find. There are three different types of audio that you can use with FMod: Samples, Music and Streams.... Samples are for WAV files. To load a sample, use the FSOUND_Sample_Load function. There's also a great article about FMOD here on GameDev.net.
