OpenGL QuickTime and Opengl on Windows!

hi all! im looking for sample code to intergrate qtmovie in opengl... so far the only sample available are for mac... thx

well openGL works exactly the same on a mac as it does on a windows machine. You can most likely use most of the code that's in that sample, you'd just have to convert the windowing and initialization code over to Win32 or SDL or whatever. I gues the question is: how does the mac sample actually load the qtime movie? Is there a specific SDK that the example uses for that? If so is that cross-platform? Basically, what exactly is preventing you from using that sample code to write a windows version?

good point!

but the reason is it goes with my learning process.. i like to have a sample i can compile and make inverse engeneering with it... tacking out stuff i dont need until i get the simpliest fraction of the code i need.
