A fast alternative to DrawDibDraw?

IME, pretty much all dib-specific functions are really buggy. When I'm messing with DIBs, I select them into a regular memory DC and use DC functions like BitBlt and StretchBlt. I've no idea if they'll be faster, though.
If you want speed, you'll probably want to implement a custom scaling function that operates on a memory buffer.
