Hi everybody Just thought I too would share my terrain demo. So here is the link .. if anybody is interested please go ahead ... and comments and suggestions are welcome. terrain1.zip Will require vc70 runtime which can be downloaded from VC70 runtime At the start the camera is not placed correctly. So after loading it, press SPACE, then F1, and then start using the mouse or shift+ mouse for zooming. Read the HTML file in the .zip for further isntructions and controls.

OK, I tried. It ran at about 3 FPS.

P4 2.6
9600 PRO
1 GB RAM
XP SP2
DX 9.0c

had about 260 fps.

major artifacts when rotating. clearing your z buffer?

very jumpy, and controls were super hard. when I got it to stand still, things looked nice...but it was hard to control the lights, etc because things jumped too quickly.
