This site has a lot of nice sky dome textures:

Use the menu on the top left to access the sky textures.

There are also some sky textures here, not sure how useful they are:

I havent been able to find many nice skybox textures though, so I usually generate my own with Terragen.

Do you know where 6 sided skybox textures might be?

You can create an unlimited number of custom (day, night, cloud style, colors, mountains, water, etc.) skybox textures with Terragen (see the above link). Here's another tutorial with 6 textures created with Terragen (zipped example textures at bottom of page).

Additionally, You can get some QTVRs from there (but ask Buttery for permission(!)) and there(unsure if these ones is free for non-commercial use, better ask) If you have quicktime plugin installed in browser, you can view 'em right from web, QTVR is essentially a cubemap (you can extract cube faces from qtvr using, for example, QMOV2JPG.EXE)
also, you can do a google search for "mojoworld qtvr" (qithout quotes).
