Is there any program that I can use to read a Dreamcast disk on my PC. When i put the disk in I only get to view certain folders (e.g. screenshots, desktop images and such). Is there anyway that I can open the main ISO file (if this is the format the Dreamcast uses) so that I can see the model's and textures and things. The game I am looking to do this to is Toy Commander, can anyone help me please?

A Dreamcast disc is a special format called GD-ROM that supports up to 1GB discs. As such, it can't be read in a normal CD/DVD-ROM drive. Only a Dreamcast can read a Dreamcast disc.
So i cant buy a GD-Rom drive for my PC then? Thanks for the help anyway mate.
You can use a Dreamcast and a Coder's Cable or BBA to rip the contents to your PC.
You can rip some things using emulators or related tools. Search in the emulators scene.
