NeHe lesson 14 & Intel integrated videocards

Strange problem with a lesson 14 on the Intel integrated videocards. The program crash and gives out the message on a error in the module I81XGICD.DLL. The program crash at attempt to cause glCallLists though after a call wglUseFontOutline all display lists are valid (glIsList returns TRUE). The crash appears on a videocard: Intel 810/810E, and some other. Whether it is possible for something to make with it? sorry for my English...

intel video cards have very bad opengL specs so i m not suprised about this

It is possible for something to make with this bug?
Except for replacement of a videocard... Except for replacement of a videocard... Also the bug appears on some other old videocards: VooDoo 3 for example.
