Borland C++ Builder 5.5 problem

Hi I am using Borland`s free compiler (commandlinetools.exe v5.5) and have the following problem: I want to compile the source files from a open source game project. There are many .cpp`s, header files and libraries to include in the project. I tried to do it manualy but did not succeded. In the project files i found a .bpr file (build project file for Borland) and i am asking my self if it is posible to convert that file in a .mak file (make.exe file) or make use somehow of information stored in that file. Can some one help me? Thanks.
