Does anyone know of a _small_ (sub 50 kb compiled) language, preferably open source or public domain? I'm looking to embed it in various programs, but I don't really want a large, bloated language, or one with builtins. So far, I'm looking at small, possibly a stripped down old version of python, or stripped-down {n|g}awk. (Preferrably embeddable in C) Thanks in advance.

Hrm... OTCC looks good, to modify, too...
Anyway, I took your advice on lua, and downloaded an old, fixed version. Looks like it'll suit my purpose, since it is only 57856 bytes when compiled and stripped.
Thanks again.
