I think there should be a forum for subjects that are now just theory, or very undeveloped ideas in CS: finding prime numbers, AI concepts, space navigation algorithms (from the humor/comic portal challenge). This is already going on a bit in the humor portal, but I would like to see it with its own forum, maybe with each topic being a sticky for people to discuss this stuff in. What 20 scientists can't discover, perhapse 80,000 noob-pro game designers from across the globe could make some progress on.
