Transforming primitives in XYZRHW mode

I've just discovered that it ain't possible to transform a primitive and draw it again, in XYZRHW mode (transformed vertices). How can I copy them in other places on the screen without building them again? Is this possible at all using XYZRHW? thanks!

As far as I'm aware it's not possible. You're going to have to do it yourself.

The plus side is that if you still express your transforms as Matricies (hint: you can get away with normal 2D ones if you want) the maths/processing required for each vertex should be the same whatever the transform...

Writing a simple "T&L" pipeline for something like this isn't too hard [smile]

I wrote up an optimized "super matrix" function for this in VB6 some years ago, I'll see if I can dig it up if you want.
