it just frame base programming. according to kinematic ,time and dynamic - physics you get /calculate the every frame date then render it ,so get a result : a image. repeat it, so a game shape. so D3D renderpipe just a relative "simple "component,except vs and ps. it just render a image according data.all work need you to do /calculate. so your opinion?

This is correct at a level so global that it is about as informative as the statement: "I understand the universe -- the earth is just a sphere.". Not really a useful insight.
