I am programming in C++ using DirectX 8. I am making a program that lets the user easily open a program and then when they are done with it, they will be able to close it easily by pressing a button if the program is hidden or minimized. I was trying to use EndTask to end the program, and I belive all the parameters were correct, but it keeps saying that the function is not included. I am pretty sure that i have all the files included, but maybe I missed something. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks.

You probably shouldn't be using the EndTask() function (look at the MSDN remarks section for the function).

In any case, forcibly terminating an application is probably not the best thing to do either. Look at this thread for more info.
