Hello Everybody, Iam referring to the game design patterns,work done by Kreimeier,Jussi Holopainen,Staffan Bjork,Johan Peitz.Please follow this link http://www.gamasutra.com/features/20020313/kreimeier_01.htm Iam thinking of working on a tool which identifies the contexts and checks whether the game design pattern for that context has been applied or not.If not, I will apply it.This will improve the design(game) although it changes it. Is this possible? Another one is to add the game design patterns as a plug-in to any game design tool.It helps in the design process.What about this idea? Can you suggest any open-source game design tools(specific to games) or any tools used during gamedesign? Thank You.

I don't think any game design tools uses patterns, either os or commercial.
