UI Event Handling
I have to write some simple ui event handling and i'm really confused because everybody seems to use a different approach.
Maybe someone can give me some key words to search for. I don't need something special, I just need to register a function which is called at an event:

You'll want to look up callbacks for the theory, and function pointers and functors for the implementation. This site should help.
