in a book ,it is adopt vertex shader to calcuate every vertex position. so I want a common way to do skinMesh animation. I have offset matrix, hierarchy frame/bone, weight info, etc I need set matrix for every vertex ? obviously it is not effectively. I want every vertex on correct position on every frame.

Yep, that's what you have to do.

It's best to process the vertices on the GPU with a vertex shader. But there's nothing wrong with using the CPU until you get your foot in the mud.
