hi i have a Question. what is the new technic of M$ "WGF" learn by hearsay "WGF are integrate V-Shader and P-Shader" that is true? it seems to me that, HLSL is acceses both them.. are you know this??

WGF 1.0 is pretty much DirectX9 with the new Longhorn driver model.

WGF 2.0 is DirectX10. The vertex and pixel shaders will have the same instruction set. Hardware with, for example, 8 shader units can assign those units to be processing vertex data, or pixel data as needed. Right now vertex shaders have very limited support for things like fetching texture data. If a vertex shader has the same shading unit as a pixel shader, those types of limitations will be gone.
