d3dxmatrixinverse

Recommended Posts

D3DXMATRIX *WINAPI D3DXMatrixInverse( D3DXMATRIX *pOut, FLOAT *pDeterminant, CONST D3DXMATRIX *pM ); the second parameter is const so someone do this way ,why? D3DXMatrixInverse (&boneMatrix, 0, &boneMatrix); so the boneMatrix will change ,but this is const.

This is simply enforcing to the person using the function that the matrix passed in will not be modified. The fact that the in and out matrices are the same in this example is irrelevent.
