It looks pretty good. I'm not the biggest fan of that shade of green, but you make good use of it. A few of the navigation links can be hard to read, especially when you mouse over them. Beyond that i like the site.

Looks good, although I usually prefer a floating side-bar to an I-frame (like this).

We currently have invisionfree forums.

WE might use SMF soon or somethin

On the navigation bar on the left...

Try to align the text along the shades of white, instead of both on the white and black bars. This way, the text is easier to read.
