I don't know how to rotate an object to where it is looking. I have a camera class and I know the view vector and the position vector. How do I find the y-rotation angle from those two vectors? thx Jake

Well here is how to find the angle between 2 vecotrs:

angle = arcos( v1•v2 / |v1||v2| )

Where • is dot product and | | is magnitude
I'm not really sure if that's what you meant, but I hope it helped.
