Exporting camera path from 3DS MAX, it only show two kinds of matrix for each camera. One is camera matrix, and the other is camera target matrix. Example: Frame Camera01_0_400 { FrameTransformMatrix { -0.339270,0.000000,0.940689,0.000000,0.619528,0.752502,0.223440,0.000000, -0.707871,0.658589,-0.255301,0.000000,11516.499023,567.294800,289.148193,1.000000;; } } Frame Camera01_0_400_Target { FrameTransformMatrix { 1.000000,0.000000,0.000000,0.000000,0.000000,1.000000,0.000000,0.000000,0.000000,0.000000, 1.000000,0.000000,10904.020508,-176.645126,68.251076,1.000000;; } } But I do not know how to bind this with the DXUT camera?

Those matrices are put in there for completeness. For instance you could skin you model based on these matrices. None of the samples or tools actually use this as the camera.
