Loading a bitmap from resource in Visual C++

Hello, I am not new, but inexperienced with C++, and I am new to OpenGL. I am reading NeHe's OpenGL tutorials, and I would like to know how I can read a bitmap files I added into the Visual C++ project as resource file,and then convert it to a AUX_RGBImageRec type, as a replacement for the LoadBMP function.
