[MDX] Can't get textures of D3DX Functions working

Hello, I've recently found my programming hat, and started coding again. But, I can't even get textures to load now :/ When I try and use TextureLoader.FromFile() the program creates an exception - System.IO.FileNotFound. This exception is not actually thrown on the FromFile method, but whatever is before it. Here is some debug information:

An unhandled exception of type 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' occurred in Sandbox.exe

Additional information: File or assembly name Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3DX, or one of its dependencies, was not found.
Why is .NET unloading the 3DX Library?
