Okay, this question has probably been asked a billion times so I hope you bear with me. So I got some advice from some very helpful people on these forums and they said that the best thing to do; since I'm already a pretty good writer, and my creative skills are as good as ever, the best thing to do is to learn programming or possibly work on some 3D graphics animation tools like Gmax. And since I probably want to enter the backdoors of the industry as a writer/artist, learning 3D modeling could be quite fun, challenging and helpful. So when I downloaded the program, and took a look at all the stuff on it, it truly overwhealmed me. So I do realize that I can't just ask questions about it on here being that there will be many. (you might as well ask how to learn a language via message boards) But could you recommend a great tutorial site for the program? One that is extensive, easy to use, visually pleasing, loads of pictures to use as examples, and overall really accessable? (yes, I'm very picky) So what tutorial would you suggest?

Hmm...that seems too much like a message board, and not enough like an internet tutorial. My real question was if there was a good tutorial that one of you guys could reccomend.

On 3d Buzz theres a huge video list of interactive tutorials along with a full free online class. At least I think the class is still there last time I was there they were thinking of closing it? Maybe they did, not sure, but its a good site with video tutorials none the less.
