What is it exactly and when will the june sdk be available?

The MSDN DirectX Developer Center hasn't been updated yet, but the download has been posted at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=69BF704D-CD35-40C4-91A5-AA0E27C8F410&displaylang=en

PIX in June contains new viewers (one for surfaces including rendertargets, another for device state), bug fixes, and (primarily) much improved application compatibility (i.e. lots of random bug fixes).

Outside of PIX, there are updates to technical articles, d3dx, and the redist setup to allow one to build smaller redist packages.

Thanks. That sounds interesting.
thanks, I've just downloaded the DX 9.0c SDK, I'm sure it contains the PIX utility, and I hope I can use this feature to improve my performance as you'd mentioned.
Visit galaxyroad.com which soon will have english contents too
