I'm sorry, my friend it joker.
Game must be compiled as release version.
Or, Put in same directory msvcp71d.dll and msvcr71d.dll.

you need the DLL files on .net installed to run anything made in it pretty much...correct me if im wrong.
I am not completly sure of this one , but all he needs in the .net Framework which can be found here

You may need some custom DLL or resource files that your game uses to be sent as well as the exe.
We developed a game a little over a year ago and when I wrote the install program we had trouble playing the game without all the art work and movies files and dlls we had created being installed with the exe

Hi murdock,
Thanx for your reply. How do I know which DLL files needed to be installed together?Any idea to detect the DLL files needed to build with the installer?Any recommendations and advice on this?

Visual Studio brings a nice tool, Dependency Viewer (or depends.exe).
Start it and open your exe with it. It will list all DLLs which are needed by your exe. Most of them will be available on every PC, but some aren't.
If it's a missing DLL the dialog on your friends PC should actually be telling DLL xxx is missing.
What system are you using? Win32? MFC? .NET (as in C#)?
