I'm trying to download the Java Media Framework from http://java.sun.com/products/java-media/jmf/2.1.1/download.html but the download link doesn't work. Can someone else try it and let me know if the Download button on that page works? I called up Sun and eventually got some tech guy. He adamantly insisted the link is working. However, I tried it on two dial-up connections and had no luck. Also, has anyone tried the JMF before? I'm thinking of writing a utility to record the screen to an AVI file using it. I'm hoping it has AVI saving capabilities. Mike C. http://www.coolgroups.com/zoomer/

The link works fine for me in Firefox 1.0.4. In IE6 also.

I'm on broadband though, how do you mean the link doesn't work? Do you get an error?

It says "Cannot find server." Also, I get no response when I ping javashoplm.sun.com. It's strange since just about every other site works.

Anyhow, thanks for replying. Actually, if you could e-mail me the JMF file at mike931201@yahoo.com, that would be cool.
