building an ActiveX control w/ mingw?

Hi, all. Has anyone found a way to build an ActiveX control with mingw? Of course, some kind of wizard would be nice, but even just a frameworks would be cool. I was thinking I could use SmartWin++ or similar for any GUI components. (I have seen wxAxtiveX, but that is for plugging existing ActiveX controls into your wxWindows app) thanks, Jonathan
