City of Heroes

Just out of curiosity, has anyone played the game City of Heroes? Is it any good?
I'd like to try it, but I can't find a demo for it. I'm afraid of buying it because I fear it may not work on my PC.

While I'm not sure if this topic belongs here...
I own City of Heroes, and I have to say, it gets pretty repetitive pretty fast. I love the idea, and love some of the powers, but you either do the same missions over and over or go out and grind. The leveling takes a long time.
I prefer World of Warcraft as an MMORPG, since following quests doesn't get nearly as repetitive.
