When Rotating

When rotating do i also need to rotate the light position? Especially when rotating around the x and z axis??

It depends if it's a light in the scene, or it's following the camera... if the light must remain still in the scene (so moves whem moving camera, from observer point of view), before setting up your camera, you should set lights positions! :P

and if i want my light static what should i do when i try to move my camera??
