I think because there is not much content on your site yet, it's hard to have a strong opinion, but some good points and suggestions:

Good:

1. You mentioned you were just starting C++, and your first project was a text adventure game. A lot of people try to start too big, but you've already recognized it will take time to develop the skills. Hopefully you can finish before your deadline!

2. The website categories are clear, and the content is well organized.

3. Your news section is current and keeps people informed.

Suggestions:

1. The c++ tutorial you wrote for Globalrunescape should go on your website also. I don't have permission to access your tutorial on your friend's site.

2. The "Home" link should go to start.html instead of index.html. If I want to go to the front page, I will have to click "Enter site" everytime, but I should have to see that only once.

3. The table holding your information should be larger. I think you may have limited it to 640px width to be compatible with more monitors, but most people use a bigger resolution. You could set table width and height to a percentage instead.

4. The bright blue background is too bright. You may want to use a different color scheme.

I will certainly post the C++ tutorial at my website too :).

The change of the color scheme(it was first very grey and dark, didn't like it ) was done too fast it seems, so the "Home" bug will be fixed pretty soon :).

Oh, didn't see that :).

Ok, i'll try to find some nice colors :), I just changed the color scheme from dark greay to the current blue one, but might make it orange style(?).

Thanks again for the constructive criticism :).

Something strange is happening...after a few seconds, the page is redirected to http://www.atspace.com/hosting_news_section.html. You may want to check it out.

Yea, same here. I can't even look at your page because it redirects so fast.

From what i sbriefly saw it loks quite nice as a page design but everythign seems quite small. It may give easier access to people if the areas where the content is was made larger?

Evereything is so small because I use a large resolution and
I also get redirected to another page after a few secs.
