Lightmapping with 3dsmax?

hi, i am using gile[s] for my buildings' lightmapping in my projects, but i want to know if i can make same thing with in 3dsmax? i am making my model in 3dsmax and import it to giles[s], then set up the lights and export the lightmapped model in 3ds format. then convert the two files(textured, lightmampped) one file with my converter.. how can i make a model with lightmap uv coordinates? what about bumpmapped lightmapping? i think these are possible but i could not find any document about this.. i dont want to use seperate programs for 3d art creation. o_O thx..
