In my VC application I use a dialog box, stored in a resource. When I add ActiveX controls or other controls(progress bar,slider,etc...), at runtime the dialog box fails to initialize and returns error 1407 (ERROR_CANNOT_FIND_WND_CLASS - Cannot find window class) I can't find a reason or solution for this. However when using basic controls like buttons,combo-boxes, or static text the program works fine. Got any idea? Any other tuts/demos/docs about resources? (I am not a newbie, it's just I never used program resources and dialogs before.) Thanks! //Mr.WereWolf//

I did it, I included "commctrl.h" , I added InitCommonControls() before dialog box init, but when compiling I get this error: "LNK2001: unresolved external symbol __imp__InitCommonControls@0".

Function declared but not defined?
