OpenGL openGL texture binding with devIL

I've been trying to incorporate the devIL library into my project. Got the initialization and image loading to compile, but I've been trying to use this: GLuint ilutOglLoadImage(char *FileName); //Its a simple demo, anyways or this: GLuint ilutOglBindTexImage(ILvoid); but the compiler just tells me that they aren't defined. I included <IL\il.h>, <IL\ilu.h>, and <IL\ilut.h>, linked them, and have all the dlls in the proper spot. Not sure why it isn't working. Any answeres are much appreciated. Thank you.

GLuint ilutOglLoadImage(char *FileName); should be GLuint ilutGLLoadImage(char *FileName);

GLuint ilutOglBindTexImage(ILvoid); should be GLuint ilutGLBindTexImage(ILvoid);
