Link. This is the current version of "Island Racers", a 3d racing game with (semi-)realistic vehicle mechanics, 3D sound, music and now multi-monitor and split-screen support. Please test - split-screen modes & multimonitor support, and driving into the ocean. See the readme for controls, I'd appreciate logs being emailed to me if you have the time rather than make the thread full of dull stats! [Edited by - d000hg on June 17, 2005 2:48:31 AM]

Do you have a map editor pre made or custom built? I would love to be able to play with this and make some maps. Also, I feel the texture looks better in the distance than it does when it loads. Also, what is with the water? You seem to have the ocean wave effect everywhere and it makes some of the pools disappear. Anyways great game looks like something that would be awesome to play with the source or maybe a map editor/maker. ;-D

The level with the demo is made with my own level editor. I've never posted a demo because it's a little, well, lame. But maybe if anyone cares I'll put a version up with a little documentation... not till after my interview though!
Anyone interested in the editor PM me - if more than 1 person does I'll probably release it.
No plans for releasing source though I'm afraid ;)

Bump.

I'd normally expect a whole bunch of comments? Common all you multimon owners, wanting to see games which use the functionality... Has anyone got a triple-monitor system?

Actually that post does not exist on devimg.net which still points to the old server. You should edit your original post and change the image URL to http://wildcherry.sonataweb.net/~devimgc/Image.html?556A, like so:

The reason the link works is because the root HTML page of devimg.net redirects to the other server, taking the URL parameters along with it. But Image.html and the other pages do not redirect. You can leave the link pointing to devimg.net/?Post=556, especially since I will move back soon anyway.
