MP3 to WAV

Because playing a WAV is faster. The idea is to convert the mp3 to wav just after loading it and playing a wav during game.

FMod is great for this purpose. You can decode MP3s to a sample when the game begins and then play the sample. It needs lots of memory, though. So I''d recommend just streaming the MP3s, because FMod has really fast MP3 decoder.
