Hello, I am Trentos and I am creating a game console and need an OS. I would like ideas about the way to go about this, like how should I do it, what should I use. please help

I...suppose the typical answer in this case would be to suggest Linux, or maybe a BSD.

Checking out your 10 other topics you started on a game console, and you are wasting your time, especially if you have no programming knowledge. No one in their right mind is going to write you a OS. People have already suggested LINUX, and if you can't get a simple console box w/ Linux up and running then your SCREWED.
