HBITMAP to Texture

I'm using DirectInput exclusive mode for my game, so I have to provide my own cursor. Right now I'm trying to convert the standard mouse into a IDirect3DTexture9. I can get an HBITMAP from GetIconInfo(IDC_ARROW, ...) but I don't know how to convert that into a texture I can use for rendering. Any Help Appreciated

Hi, if you are using d3d graphics as well, (you didn't say), look up these methods in the sdk help docs.

IDirect3DDevice9::SetCursorProperties
IDirect3DDevice9::ShowCursor
IDirect3DDevice9::SetCursorPosition


If your not using d3d post let us know what graphics you are using.

If you need more nelp with the methods mentioned, post agian.
