I have recently created a Visual Basic EXE using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003. I want to send it to some other people (through MSN) but when they receive it and try to run it they get the following error: the application failed to initialize properly. I've built it using Debug and Release. What can I do so other people can open it? Thanks.

If they don't have the .Net Framework they'll certainly need to get it. I would tell them to download and install the framework before trying to run your program.
