[.net] Sending Visual Basic EXE to other computer
I have recently created a Visual Basic EXE using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003. I want to send it to some other people (through MSN) but when they receive it and try to run it they get the following error: the application failed to initialize properly.
I've built it using Debug and Release. What can I do so other people can open it? Thanks.
They might need the .net runtime, or the proper vbrunxxx.dll(not sure about the dlls this day in age)

If they don't have the .Net Framework they'll certainly need to get it. I would tell them to download and install the framework before trying to run your program.
