How to draw w/ GDI, like DirectDraw does after ::Lock() ? The problem is next: I'm having 32bit 128x128 image. I have read it in memory. Then I want to paint on the window using alpha-blending (in WM_PAINT). But the problem occurs: I can excidently paint on another window and I can paint several times on the same place?

I am not familiar with DirectDraw (too old school) and I can not fuly understand your needs.
But as far as I know GDI needs a handle of control you want to draw at so drawing at everything you point is not so easy. You may hovewer try to use some tricks with transparency.
