How do you use glCopyTexImage2D?

Three first parameters are the same as glTexImage; texture target, mipmap level and internal format. The following four specifies which part of the framebuffer you want to copy; two parameters for x and y coordinate of the lower left corner, and width and height for the size of the block to copy. The last parameter specifies the border size, which is the same as for glTexImage2D.

Other than the last few parameters and where the source data is located, it works exactly as glTexImage2D.
