I've made a simple program wih SDL(in Visual C++) and I want to make it into a standalone .exe file, but I can't seem to figure out how. Can anyone help me with this?

If you have indeed made a simple program in SDL with Visual C++, you should have also already made a .exe. Look in the Release or Debug folders. Or by "made a simple program" you mean you have the source to a simple program but are having trouble compiling?

If you mean just the exe file (no DLLs), that's a bit harder.
You're going to have to recompile SDL to be a static library, then link that.
Note that that means your program MUST be LGPL'd (distribute source or object files for relinking).
