[web] PHPBB problem

I'm trying to set up a PHPBB forum on my web site. I put in a solaris template, and I wanted to modify it to include my site's navbar. There seems to be some kind of cacheing going on because whenever a mistake is made, it sticks and I can't modify overall_header.tpl anymore. Any ideas?

Personally mate, I've no idea. Been a long, long time since I used anything like PHPBB. Have you tried the official forums?
Do you have a link? Also make sure it has the correct chmod.

Are you using the 2.0.x board or the new experimental 3.0 board? In the series 2 you can simply delete the contents of the /cache folder and be done with it IIRC.
