My primary IDE is MS Visual Studio .NET 2003 but I also use Mono-Develop for C# script development. I've also been evaluating Code::Block lately and I may start using it more for scripting stuff.

Ditto, atop GCC (MinGW port to windows) with the CDT plugin.
I so wanted to try Eclipse but could never get it to work. :'(
Dev-CPP beta

the debugger doesnt work, but everything else is great

Is Borland C++ any good? i may look into using it, but i want to know how it compares to Dev-CPP, and dont suggest MSVC or MSVC.NET, i have em both, and dont like their way of doing things...
