So..I plan to start programming in C++ and doing 3d mod in Blender any good books for them to start out with?? possibly any (leagal) ebooks?
Thinking in C++ is a decent ebook.
Accelerated C++ is generally considered to be the best beginners book, not free though.

As mentioned above, the cone3D tutorials are good if you want to learn c++. They also have some great SDL tutorials on that site.
